The discount is set by the quantity you choose on the product page. If you personalise and add products one at a time, each is treated as a single order and the tier never kicks in. Instead, set your full quantity (5 or more), personalise each one, then add to cart ā the bulk price applies to all of them. Already added them individually? Just remove them and re-add as one quantity.
