Can I collect from warehouse address?

When a delivery date appears in your order confirmation, we'll get your order to you by close of business on that date. Our shipping partner sends tracking updates so you can monitor your delivery progress and location every step of the way. Do we provide engraved/printed samples to see how end product looks?
We offer sample products at 50% off the listed price, featuring our standard branded engraving. This lets you preview the final product quality before committing to a bulk order. How much is cancellation fee after artwork proof is prepared and emailed for approval?
25% cancellation fee of order total.
How long we do you have to claim for any products supplied which are damaged, incorrect or broken?
Please notify us within 14 business days of receiving your order if you have any issues. Your email must include written details with photo and video as proof of the problem.

Do you providing colour printing option for trophies & awards?
Yes, we can colour print on a limited selection of our awards. These specially prepared products are featured in our dedicated Colour Printed Awards section, where you'll find all the items available for this service.
How much engraving can done on trophies and award?
Engraving capacity varies depending on the product type. Sports trophies and medals typically accommodate up to 3-4 lines of text, while corporate awards are limited by the maximum readable engraving area. For specific questions about engraving capacity for your item, we recommend getting in touch with our team.
Can I send trophies back and get free engraving after I have completed my order?
Engraving can be added during checkout at no extra cost. If you'd like to engrave an item after it's already been ordered and delivered, we're happy to help for an additional charge.
How does free 1st Update work when ordering Perpetual Shields and Plaques?
Perpetual trophies include complimentary engraving on the header plate. Your first plate update is free when you purchase, provided the engraving details are supplied with your order. We can process this engraving up until your order artwork is approved. After that point, additional engraving services are available at additional cost.

How much is shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated dynamically based on two key factors: the number of items in your order and your delivery postcode. Do your provide faster shipping option?
Absolutely, we provide both Express and Super Express Shipping options.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information via email and SMS. You can monitor your shipment's progress through the tracking link provided, which updates as your package moves through our shipping partner's network. Tracking becomes available once your consignment is handed over to the carrier, allowing you to see real-time delivery status and estimated arrival times.

Return window – What is amount of time a customer has to return a product?
We offer returns within 14 business days of delivery. This gives you plenty of time to inspect your order and ensure everything meets your expectations. If you need to return an item, simply contact us to arrange the process.
What is the return method?
Items can be returned by mail to PO BOX 103, VIRGINIA QLD 4014. Please note that all return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked delivery service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
What is the product’s condition that we accept for a return?
Products must be new and unused, in original unopened packaging.
What are terms of a refund?
Refunds are not available in the following circumstances:
– You've changed your mind or no longer want the items
– You can no longer afford the purchase
– You've found the same product cheaper elsewhere
– The order was returned due to an incorrect shipping address
– The order was returned uncollected from Australia Post
– You selected the wrong size or style
– You were aware of a fault before purchasing
– You caused the damage yourself, including spelling errors, layout mistakes, or mishandling
Do you accept exchanges?
We are unable to process exchanges on orders. If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team.
What is refund processing time?
We process all returns and issue refunds within 5 business days of receiving your item back at our warehouse. Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
