Why isn't my Bulk Buy discount applying to personalised items?
The discount is set by the quantity you choose on the product page. If you personalise and add products one at a time, each is treated as a single order and the tier never kicks in. Instead, set your full quantity (5 or more), personalise each one, then add to cart — the bulk price applies to all of them. Already added them individually? Just remove them and re-add as one quantity.
